Breaking a board with you bare hands is a powerful activity that can be used as part of a conference, a team meeting or a development programme.
Like all of our challenges, breaking a board with your bare hands, is achievable, rewarding and empowering. Participants need to adjust their mindset from “I can’t” to “I can” and when they do that they will realise that breaking a board is nowhere near as difficult as they thought it would.
The board and brick workshops are a great metaphor for learning how to control limiting self talk, setting past goals and breaking through challenges and self doubts. Like the arrow break, the brick and board breaks help an individual expose their limits and fears. It’s what happens right before the breaks where pure learning and enhanced self awareness exists
You could quite easily erradicate self imposed limiting beliefs and behaviours in one strike. When you complete these activities you can’t go back to the old beliefs you had about your life.
