Faculty Development Program

Sieger Team has launched an Exclusive Experiential Learning Program for Academic Teaching Staffs. This program that enables Teaching Staffs to learn and experience the challenges in an unfamiliar situation. It helps to enhance behavioral skills and qualities of an individual, understanding students behaviour and handling students, teaching methodology, classroom management, handling situations, understanding roles and responsibilities and bringing out latent facets of ones teaching / personality life.

Faculties go through different rounds of Outdoor Training, focusing on Wilderness, adventure sports and real-life challenges, designed to test their leadership skills. Outdoor Program offers a mix of Physical and Mental Activities ranging from Military Obstacle Courses, High and Low Rope Elements, Trekking, Rock Climbing, Water Rappelling and river Crossing, Zip Line, Archery, Rifle Shooting, Management Games to yoga and pranayama and many more, in various locations of client choice.

Outbound experiential learning is a process through which a Faculties constructs knowledge, skill, and value directly from an experience within the environment. The outdoor activities provide an effective learning platform and challenge for the individual as a team. The adventure and exercises promote self-discovery and a powerful insight into one’s own and team’s work styles and behavior.

During the outdoor learning the faculties are empowered to be torch bearers of leadership in their institutes. Through this experiential learning faculties develop a collaborative approach towards development of students and create an environment of leadership in the institute.

The Faculty Development Program Module can be customized as per the institution requirement and duration can range between 1 day to 3 days based on the activities and the choice of location.
