HOW IT WORKS?

Masterpiece Team Building Challenge is a two to three hour activity that encourages team building and team work through a sharing of skills. Participants will be divided into teams of 6-8, each team must work together to recreate an artistic masterpiece as accurately as possible. Each team receives a small segment of the picture to complete and the equipment to do so. The teams do not know what the picture is at this stage. The aim, and hope if teams work together, is that when these smaller segments of the larger picture come together the result will be a fantastic and accurate recreation of the original picture.

The activity can be facilitated in any spacious indoor environment, Masterpiece Team Building Challenge is a relaxing and fun event where teams can paint to soothing background music as they create their piece of art.
