Caterpillar Bulldozer Team Building

Caterpillar Bulldozer is a team building game that requires all participating players to work together in order to win the opposing team.

Group members will split into Teams. Teams are provided with a cloth roll and members are supposed to reach the end point without stepping out of the cloth.

The person at the front of the line sets the pace, keeping the cloth tracks moving forward from one end of the room or field to the other.

Achieving the result in perfect rhythm and dependency is the key to acheive this fun game, and flawless execution within the team to achieve a common target.

Whoa — not so fast! Everyone must move together! The team coordination and communication skills are put to test.
