This activity’s purpose is to recreate, from concept to implementation, one of the most popular cultural tradition in the world. The role of every member is vital for the success of this wonderful teambuilding.
From the beginning participants will use their creativity along their teamwork and interpersonal communication skills and project management.
After designing the dragon, the real fun begins when each team performs a dragon dance with their uniquely created dragons, competing for points based on their creativity and performance. The dragonheads can be taken back to the workplace as a reminder of collaborative company success.The teams will be awarded for creativity, performance and team work.
