Innovate And Turn A Pile Of Junkyard Into A High Performance Object
Junkyard Project is an innovative Team Building Activity that improves the effectiveness of a team and individual innovation skills. Working in teams, it’s a race against time to salvage what you need from our junk pile and then design and engineer an object to satisfy a variety of design specifications.
Teams work together, plan, strategize, and execute their ideas to create an object. The challenge is that they may only use the miscellaneous "junk" available to them. The parts are random, and not every team is given the same stuff. After an initial round of planning and testing, teams are asked to practice their innovation skills to improve upon their original design.
Junkyard Challenge is a fun team building event, it represents true value in terms of teamwork. The event emulates the processes most teams go through for any business project or innovation, from the initial brainstorm to the finished successful product.
The Junkyard Project culminates in a head to head competition between the teams as they test their objects to limit with some amazing outcomes.
