Mission 212 Team Activity is a scenario-based challenge which encourages your team to collaborate when driving change and set the stage for partnering on all levels to both take ownership and unleash the collective wisdom and energy of your people.

It is a highly engaging activity, the focus falls on one extra degree makes all the difference along with Team Collaboration, Ownership and Responsibilities. Teams allocate roles and develop a strategy to complete the task. Each team member plays a vital role in the success of their team. Teams start to create their own model for their target, followed by facilitators inputs and target to reach highest. This activity is also widely used to address Change Management to reduce employee resistance to change.
