Transport the whole team to Safety and Survive the Lava Flow
Team have come cross a acid / lava river, the only way to survive is to cross the river to safety. To complete the challenge, participants will be provided with several platforms to use. If anyone steps on the acid / hot lava, team will have to restart the challenge.
There are several different variants of the game, that are played indoors or outdoors, with different equipment and different level of difficulty. Like most group dynamics games, it is suited to train the cooperation in a group.
The task is to cross the river without touching the river. The group then thinks and discusses how to solve that task and then starts to execute their solution. After some time, the group should be able to master the task.
This activity stimulates critical thinking and problem-solving skills which is vital for today's business scenario along with interpersonal relationship, communication and etc.
