Scavenger Hunt Team Building Activity

Scavenger hunts have always been a great way to get people interacting and collaborating. Scavenger Hunt is to bring team together around a common goal, stretch their creative and problem solving minds and have fun bring together all the items on their list. It offers you so much flexibility in that it can start and finish in any location and is suitable for all age and fitness levels. It has a really good mix of fun activities to ensure maximum participation and engagement.

The hunt will begin when teams are issued with their “Hunting Guide”. This will tell them where they need to be and when. It will also outline all the challenges they need to complete and being a points based program, teams will be rewarded based on their success.

Participants will work together to complete all the challenges including photo, solve trivia questions and race through a custom-built course for a chance to earn the high score. Our facilitator will work with you to create the perfect hunt, including personalized questions and specialized roles, to deliver the ideal team building experience.

In order to be successful in this exercise, teams really need to come together, plan effectively and use their time wisely to achieve as much as they can in the given time frame.
